The world, as we know, has changed for the time being. As we move forward into our new reality, the health and safety of our employees, customers, and the regions we serve remain our #1 priority. Due to the current global situationwe’ve made several key changes to the way we operate and our daily regularities.

Car Mats Customs operates as a fully active online E-commerce business. With that focus in mind, our business operations will remain active during this current global situation. While Car Mats Customs and its factories remain fully operational, our logistics partners have advised that they cannot guarantee delivery to some countries on the stipulated time. Please find further details below.

Shipping Update

Certain parcels purchased through our site during this time may face longer transit times due to business and government regulations regarding the COVID-19 pandemic. We are working hard with many couriers in certain countries and using all available resources to get your parcels to you safely and quickly. Please be aware that certain parcels may be subject to longer estimated delivery times as a result of strict border checks, air travel restrictions, and flight cancellations. However, we will provide real-time tracking details as usual.

All tracking confirmation numbers we provide are genuine, through a reliable courier network. In some cases, the tracking information for your parcel may update slowly due to transit times and courier availability.

Current Delay Times

We are experiencing significant delivery delays due to COVID-19 restrictions in our factory location. Depending on the destination country, orders may take between 20-40 days to arrive. If you live a little farther out, please allow a little bit of extra time for shipping and tracking updates. We are doing our best to get orders dispatched as soon as possible to avoid any further delays.

Lost or Severely Delayed Packages

If your parcel hasn’t been delivered by the expected delivery date or it can’t be tracked, we will do all we can to send a replacement or issue a full refund as soon as possible.

Here at Car Mats Customs, we keep track of all parcels that are in transit daily. All customer complaints regarding tracking packages are forwarded to our reliable couriers for swift investigations. Due to liability of courier, no refund or replacement will be issued until the investigation is complete, and the claim has been confirmed.

Please note that while lost or severely delayed packages are one of our top priorities, claims are a long and very extensive process. However, in most cases, parcels get delivered after rigorous searches.

Covid-19 Contamination of Parcels

The World Health Organization (WHO) has long-established that people receiving letters, objects or packages from China are not at risk of contracting COVID-19.

All of our custom car mats are exquisitely designed in China. And as part of our continued efforts to ensure the safety of our staff and customers, we’ve introduced additional safety measures in our factory. Customers can also relax in the knowledge that we’ve enhanced our cleaning and protective measures, with regular touchpoints being disinfected repeatedly.
