HOW TO INSTALL
Please follow the step-by-step guide below to install your Diamond Stitching Custom Luxury Car Mats in no time.
Front
- Remove the old floor mats from the vehicle before laying down your custom-made mats.
- We advise you to begin installation from the driver side of the vehicle.
- You can identify the appropriate mat for the driver's side by examining the heel grip.
- Next, adjust the driver's seat all the way back and slide the mat into place.
- Then slide the built-in clips along the sides to fully secure the mats in place.
- Repeat the same steps with the passenger side mat.
Rear
- Adjust the drivers and passenger seat all the way forward to install the back-row mats.
- Place the mats across the floor, and they should slide just right in.
- Lastly, add the built-in clips wherever they're needed to fully secure the mats in place.
- Every set of mat comes with a collection of built-in clips. However, it's not essential to use them all.
- Now the installation of your new custom-made car mats is complete.
NOTE: Once you receive your Diamond Stitching Custom Luxury Car Mats, you can simply set them in the sun to get rid of creases that may have formed during shipping. However, this is unnecessary as creases tend to fold out over time.

Are the custom car mats all-weather floor mats?
Yes, our mats are very flexible and made to protect your vehicle against all seasons. The mats are waterproof, very durable against snow and mud and easy to clean.
How do I clean the custom car mats?
Our car mats can be taken out and hosed down like a normal mat. They can also stay in and be vacuumed and wiped down if they are not too muddy.
Are the car mats easy to install?
Yes, it takes 3 mins to install. You do not need to take out the original carpets.
Does the car mats fit manual transmission vehicles?
Yes, our custom car mats fit both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
Can you accommodate different interior layouts?
Yes, we can customize the car floor mats to fit different floor layouts in the vehicle. E.g. if you have captain seats on the 2nd row. Please let us know your needs and we will add the details to your order.
What if I'm not happy with the fitment?
If against expectations you're not happy with the fitment of your custom car floor mats we will amend your mats and ship them out to you free of charge.
I can’t find my car model?
Please ask us if you don’t see your model. We have 98% of all car models from 2000-2025 on file.
When do you ship after I order?
We ship orders Monday–Friday. Please allow 5-8 business days processing time to make your custom car mats before we ship.
How long will it take for my order to arrive once shipped?
For customers within the United States, your order should arrive within 5 - 10 business days after processing via FedEx or UPS. We ship other international orders via EMS. Average delivery time is 10 - 20 business days depending on your location.
