I bought the front two mats and the second row. I didn’t realize that I didn’t include the third row. I would like to get the third row if possible. The mats takes the inside view to a new level. Let me know what I need to do to get the third row mats. Right now it looks pretty bad without the connection all the way through. I will definitely send pictures and videos when it’s completed. The website won’t allow me to just pick the third row mat. Help.

For my 2022 BMW X5, there were certain plastic wings that did not fit into the upward seams along the center console, as where they would appear to be placed. The number of Velcro pieces was not enough, especially when the winglets could not be properly engaged. However, overall, with respect to the materials, I do like what I have purchased.

I bought custom car mats for both my cars and thinking would be a great xmas gift as well for family. It’s not only a quick and inexpensive “luxury update” to the cars look, but also makes cleaning easier then the weird Velcro like gorilla hair that even the most expensive cars come with.

Our overall experience with your floor mats has been positive. The one exception is the rap around ends of the one piece mat for the second row. The mat has an extension that runs along the door thresholds towards the back of the vehicle at each end of the mat. These extension appear to be unnecessary as there is not any carpet along those portions of the rear doors. It is hard plastic and the securing devises supplied have not held. Again, as the area is not currently carpeted, there is not an apparent need for the extensions. The order was for floor mats for a 2025 Kia Sorento S.

I love the quality auto mats that you make. This was the third set I have purchased from you. However, I received only the front matts for some reason. I thought I had ordered a complete set to include the rear ones also. I guess that's my bad.
I do have a couple of suggestions I would like you to consider:
1. On the front mats, the long, narrow tab that extends along the side of the seat needs to disappear. It is almost impossible for it to stay secure and it only gets in the way. There is really no need for it as this is not an area that needs protection.
2. The driver's side front mat needs a more rugged heel rest sewn in. This area tends to wear out quickly and takes away from the quality appearance of your product.

The driver's side is fine. The passengers side needs to be cut a little better, It's off a little bit to where it starts to look weird. Also, the back seat is fine until you get to the side flaps. The side flaps aren't needed and not sure why it's cut that way. It makes it look sloppy. The third row is cut fine and no problems there. I'm giving it 3 stars because I'm not fully satisfied due to the issues are addressed. However, knowing that my car recently came out this year. (2025)

These mats are nice. They are definitely not perfect fit. They seem small like didnt fit like they should. There were also not cutouts for where the seat clips is. Both front mats were too small and back seat piece did not fit perfect either. I probably wouldn't buy again. But nice enough for now. If you are looking for a perfect fit you might want to look else where.

The factory mats were pretty plain. So I ordered a set of front and middle row mats for my 2023 Dodge Durango SVT. The Diamond Stitch mats add a lot to the interior look and feel. They look like leather mats you might find in very upscale cars. And they protect better than the original floor mats because they cover a larger area and can easily be vacuumed, then wiped clean. It’s an easy way to dress up your interior, and add protection. Note - I probably would not recommend these for winter use in heavy snow, because while well made, I’m not sure the seams are waterproof enough to keep puddles of meltwater from leaking through.
