I drive a stick shift so the spot where my left heel is when I shift gears wears out fast. Plus, the area on the mat with the extra padding didn't cover where my heel rests, creating a hole. At the time, I had only had the mats for a year, so I reported it and sent pictures, and the folks at Car Mats redesigned the mat to cover the area with the holes free of charge. I only had to pay shipping costs. It was a good experience, and I'm not worried about the holes coming back.
