HOW TO INSTALL

Please follow the step-by-step guide below to install your Diamond Stitching Custom Luxury Car Mats in no time.

Front

Remove the old floor mats from the vehicle before laying down your custom-made mats.
We advise you to begin installation from the driver side of the vehicle.
You can identify the appropriate mat for the driver's side by examining the heel grip.
Next, adjust the driver's seat all the way back and slide the mat into place.
Then slide the built-in clips along the sides to fully secure the mats in place.
Repeat the same steps with the passenger side mat.

Rear

Adjust the drivers and passenger seat all the way forward to install the back-row mats.
Place the mats across the floor, and they should slide just right in.
Lastly, add the built-in clips wherever they're needed to fully secure the mats in place.
Every set of mat comes with a collection of built-in clips. However, it's not essential to use them all.
Now the installation of your new custom-made car mats is complete.

NOTE: Once you receive your Diamond Stitching Custom Luxury Car Mats, you can simply set them in the sun to get rid of creases that may have formed during shipping. However, this is unnecessary as creases tend to fold out over time.

Are the custom car mats all-weather floor mats?
Yes, our mats are very flexible and made to protect your vehicle against all seasons. The mats are waterproof, very durable against snow and mud and easy to clean.

How do I clean the custom car mats?
Our car mats can be taken out and hosed down like a normal mat. They can also stay in and be vacuumed and wiped down if they are not too muddy.

Are the car mats easy to install?
Yes, it takes 3 mins to install. You do not need to take out the original carpets.

Does the car mats fit manual transmission vehicles?
Yes, our custom car mats fit both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.

Can you accommodate different interior layouts?
Yes, we can customize the car floor mats to fit different floor layouts in the vehicle. E.g. if you have captain seats on the 2nd row. Please let us know your needs and we will add the details to your order.

What if I'm not happy with the fitment?
If against expectations you're not happy with the fitment of your custom car floor mats we will amend your mats and ship them out to you free of charge.

The mats look nice in general, but I find that the mat on the drivers side tends to slide around a lot. I am going to try to alleviate this with some double sided tape to secure the car mats better. They are pretty and look nice in my new car.

The mats look great. A couple of things could be better controlled. Packaging for shipment needs more thought. Attention needs to be given to the quality of the packaging. Rolling the mats up leads to creasing in the mats that hopefully will I Prove over time. Rhe fit for the back mats of my Mercedes GLE 450 coupe needs to be a better fit.

Hi, I installed Matt's in car, they fit well. The Matt's are new and stiff, will need time to relax and settle into contour. Matt's look good, mostly black that is universal, blue stitching that matches cars exterior. Need time to see how they hold up.

I am enjoying my car mats from Custom Car Mats. They are high quality and are a nice touch for keeping my car floorboard clean. I am although struggling with keeping them in place. They move around as I get in and out of my car. The hooks that are made to slide under the interior molding don’t do their job…they slide around. I think the company has some opportunity for improvement on this product.

Overall I like the mats. Was hoping that the mats would be wide enough to cover the carpet out to the edge of door sill plate. The Acura MDX has a wide carpeted area along the door before the floor pan and when getting in and out of the car you routinely drag the bottom of your foot over this area of carpet leaving dirt and dust. Since the carpet is black the dirt and dust really stands out.

Overall a positive purchasing experience with Car Mats Customs. I ordered front area Diamond Stitching Custom Luxury car mats for my U.S. 2024 Lotus Emira. They processed my order and the shipment to the U.S. in a very timely fashion. I was kept up to date on when the shipment had been delivered to their local international carrier, when it was received by the U.S. carrier and when it was delivered to my home. The custom car mats (black diamond cut with red stitching) were nicely made and the overall fit was good. However, the passenger side mat did not fit as nicely as the driver’s side mat. I had to modify the left front passenger side of the mat in order to make it fit properly. Also, the plastic biscuits located on the upper edge sides of the mat were useless. In order to keep both mats in place, I ended up using stronger Velcro strips (10lbs pull strength) which helped a lot to keep the upper sides in place. Overall, the diamond stitched mats look much better than the Factory supplied mats and also they protects both the floor and sides much better.
