Had problem with straps that go along sides of seats .wound up loosening bolts that hold seats to floor and tucking mats under them .

Very high quality product.
One area that needs some improvement is affixing the mates so they do not slide around. The rather small and limited points where the Velcro is applied (to the plastic pads) does not effectively secure the mats well enough from keeping them from sliding. I had to purchase larger Velcro strips to limit the mats from sliding about.

Had an issue with the sizing of the mats for his truck. Contacted them and they took care of the problem right away.

I did a review about a month ago on a set of mats that I had gotten from car mats custom in my opinion is still the same I love them that's why I reorder another set for my other car like I said in the other review I love them the mats cover my whole floor I don't have too much more to add as you can see in the video that I am posting with this comment how the mats cover my whole floor and the mats are easy to clean I have grass in my backyard where I parked my cars I just get me a wet rag or dry and wipe the grass out this is a real and honest comment the first set was for my new 2026 charger and I wanted to do things to protect it so that's the reason why I bought those mat and they perform just as advertise so that's the reason why I bought another set for my other car btw like I said the first set was for my 2026 charger which is not a daily driver yet so I cannot comment on the durability of the mats sorry

Not quite a perfect fit for my 2026 Bentley GTC. A little stiffer than I expected. I understand the lip at the back of the floor mat so that debris doesn’t get under your seat, but I am short and when I pull my seat up, it catches on that lip of the floormat and I’m afraid it’s gonna get stuck in my metal track that my seat goes forward and backwards. I just put them in so we shall see how it does.

Great for the back seat! They look great! Exactly as shown on the website. Really makes the car look more luxurious.
They are black with red thread in the diamond style. We are considering buying the leather seat covers too.
One issue: when i move the front drivers seat up. It gets crunched up a little and slightly in the way of the gas petal. I am 5’ 1” and the car transmission is manual so I need to reach the clutch petal. So the problem is particular to me. For my husband there’s no problem.

The mats are beautiful and they coverage is great! However, I wish they had something attached to the tail of the driver's side mat that would make it lay taut/very flat. Some weight or clips may do the trick if it was added.

The floor mats did not fit quite as well as I hoped but are sufficient and are an improvement over the OEM mats. They are easy to clean and will protect the OEM carpeting.

Love the look and the orange stitching matches my seats perfectly. I would love it if you made matching mats to go on top. This looks so nice that you don't want to put your feet on it and get it dirty. Up here in the northeast we have snow and mud and salt on our feet, and I don't want that on this.

The mats were shipped via FedEx, which predictably resulted in a two-week delay. Considering their track record, we are fortunate they arrived at all.
However, the mats are outstanding. The quality is exceptional, the color match is precise, and they provide coverage up the side walls of both the front and back seats. The car is thoroughly protected. I am highly impressed with the mats and the look of my new car.

Thin mats that probably won't hold up in michigan winter going to need to find a mat for your mat to cover the top so it doesn't get ruined. Not as heavy duty as they look and definitely doesn't fit as good as photos. I was a mechanic for 30 years hope this helps
